Re: [orca-list] any full time mate users?

hi
Anything after mate 1.8 is fully accessible. You can upgrade if you want
but you don't have to.
Thanks

If you download ubuntu mate, it comes with everything you need to use
mate full time. It even comes with luke's accessibility ppa for
ubuntu, meaning you get the latest orca and friends when they're
released. Or this was the case with the lts, I'm not sure if 1510
comes with this or not. Regardless, it will come with everything you
need to use mate accessibly, with no configuration other than
pressing alt+win+s to activate orca

Ok, that is great.
I saw that Ubuntu 15.10 has Mate 1.10.
Is that totally accessible or should I upgrade to 1.12 with a ppa?
Happy hacking.
