Re: [orca-list] any full time mate users?

Hello,
Mate is a good alternative to Gnome. The only thing that stops it from being fully accessible is that it has no magnifier fora low vision user. Eitehr that or there is a magnifier, but its not as good as the one built into Gnome.

The latest Orca works with MATE without any problems. I currently run a fairly recent master branch version from git. The GTK2 libraries that MATE is using still work with the latest Orca. It's true that some of the older GNOME2 libraries no longer work, but they are not being used by MATE.
