Format seems to be too complicated for me :) I've just run
$ LANG=C grep "http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic-t-590705.html"
cache4/dcache4.url
Binary file cache4/dcache4.url matches
So looks like there's a note about that page in Opera cache.
