Questionnaire 3 on Sawfish usage

Hi, here comes the third questionnaire on Sawfish usage.
The previous results are summarized at:
http://sawfish.wikia.com/wiki/Your_voice#How_do_you_use_Sawfish.3F

1. What's your theme? Any comments on Sawfish theme?
2. Why you switched to Sawfish? Is there any feature lacking in
Sawfish, but was present in your previous window manager?
(a question by Alexey Froloff. Sorry Alexey for postponing a year.)
3. What's your trayer, if you're using Sawfish standalone?
   (by Daniel Fetchinson)
4. How do you switch the window? After all, it's the window manager. :)
5. Do you switch the screen resolution? If so, tell us your related
hacks, or what you want there.

By the way, please add any of your wish items on "Long term todos"
page on the wiki:
http://sawfish.wikia.com/wiki/Long_term_todos.

Remember that what's difficult for you may be a minutes-hack for
else. (Rarely, but we've actually seen such cases.)

My answer:
> 1. What's your theme? Any comments on Sawfish theme?
I don't care much about the theme, but currently Elberg-tabbed.
Since I seldom use the mouse for WM, any suffices if the window title
bar is tall enough. (Most themes are OK. I'm using DejaVu Sans 13.)

Alt + right click is bound to window-menu-list, so I can operate a
window with it, but I rarely need it.

When I try a new theme, tooltip shows the binding of theme buttons,
and that's useful.

Though I've never peeked in theme codes, I think they should be stored
into a module.

> Sawfish, but was present in your previous window manager?

I liked viewport which was absent in the window maker. My first
experience of the viewport was Afterstep or gnustep.

Anyway, I tend to customize all, so Sawfish is the only choice, though
it's still far from its best. :) ;) XD X<

> 3. What's your trayer, if you're using Sawfish standalone?

None.

> 4. How do you switch the window?

1. Basically, I go to the viewport I need with Shift + arrow, and
cycle. I only have 2x2 viewport slot, so it's fast enough.
2. Raise-lower is bound to a key without a modifier. It's the left
control. I press it with the back of the gripped little finger.
Extremely easy to press. (Cycle is Alt + left control. It only
travels inside of the current viewport.)
3. Sometimes use the mouse too, with entre-exit mode.
4. Focus-window-when-mapped is t, so a new window is automatically
focused. I've got "focus-me-later" patch, which is pushed to the wiki.
It allows me to override it for some windows.
5. When windows are iconified or outside of the virtual desktop, then
I popup the Sawfish root menu, and use the window list.

> 5. Do you switch the screen resolution?

No.

Happy Sawfish,
