Frames often contain information and are not only for layout purposes.
For example frames named "body" often contain the essential information
of the page. So Orca should recognize them.
When I remember well, there's a frame hotkey in FF, F6 and Shift+F6. It
does not work very reliable. Making it work should serve the purpose.
There would be no need for an Orca specific keystroke. That's a task the
FF team has to complete.
