All I can say is that if you like JAWS and Window Eyes so much use them. Sure Orca and Firefox still have a long way to go to achieve compelling accessibility to the web, but we can't get there by copying every aspect of JAWS and Window Eyes just because they do things in their own cludgy way that causes more problems than it solves. This is one case where the wheel does need to be reinvented, and so far the Orca and Firefox teams are doing a very good job reinventing this particular wheel and very quickly.
