Do you mean that it failed with Joao ?
The log indicates "Connection reset by peer".
I wonder if your connection setup is correct, same for firewall rules.
I have no more clue about your problem and I think that you will have to
investigate for yourself. There is nothing more I can do, unfortunately,
for your problem remotely.
That log doesn't help, it says "Ended by transport fail", which is the
same kind of error as when you try to connect a down host.
