We had similar reports in the past and the problem was always because of
firewalls.

Now, try to capture the output of --debug=3 and send it to the list but
there is a big chance that we will only notice that Netmeeting simply
decided to disconnect. Make him double check all his settings. For
example, in his connection settings, make sure he is not telling to
Netmeeting that he has ppp connection or something like that. Try to ask
him to put "Lan" or something like that.

Also make sure that his firewall is really disabled.
