Ok, you are right, CTRL+Super+D I think an Ubuntu level used keybinding.
If have an Orca binding this context menu, for example Orca
modifier+SFIFT+O, simple enough following message when Orca starts:
Screen reader is on. To get Orca central menu, press %s +shift+o.
%s meaning actual Orca modifier key. If the layout is desktop layout, %s
will be insert (insert and numpad insert this situation is more longer).
If Orca layout is laptop layout, %s will be caps lock.
Acceptable upstream level this suggestion?
