I just figured out how to reproduce the latest problem where subjects in 
Thunderbird are sometimes not spoken. This is happening when I delete a message 
and end up on a message in a thread or a message with an attachment. At that 
point, only the attachment or thread column is spoken, with the starred column 
header also being spoken in case of an attachment. This just started happening 
after the column header fix was checked in.
