Hi Darragh,
what's the difference between your suggestion and a forms mode?
I think the forms mode exactly does what you've suggested.
And in general: The rejection of any concept that comes from MS and FS
seems to me primarily ideological.
My goal is to achieve practical accessibility, and I couldn't care less who
invented the wheel as long as it's perfectly round and serves its purpose.
We must realise that we are in fact steps behind the performance of Jaws or
Window Eyes, which is even better in communicating with FF.
If your are willing to discuss the matter without prejudice, I can give you
a lot of examples where the Windows accessibility technology is steps
ahead.
Hermann
