[orca-list] form field structural navigation

Hi folks.

I've just checked in a new feature for your testing pleasure. <smile>
Now, Orca Modifier Key + Tab should move you to the next form field, and
Orca Modifier Key + Shift Tab should move you to the previous form
field.

As I see it, there are two major aspects with respect to navigating
amongst form fields:

1. Landing in the right spot
2. Ascertaining and speaking/brailling the correct form field label

The goal of what I've checked in is aspect 1. Given a properly-labeled
form, aspect 2 should just happen. Unfortunately, many forms -- perhaps
most forms -- "out in the wild" are not properly labeled. Therefore,
there is the need for a heuristic approach to identifying form field
labels. This is Firefox bug #376481
(https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=376481) and Orca bug
#407941 (http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=407941). Hopefully
between the Orca team efforts and the Firefox team efforts we'll get
this solved in a timely manner. In the meantime, I'd be very
appreciative of feedback with respect to aspect 1, landing in the right
spot.

Also, you should find that what is spoken when you Tab into a particular
form field is the same thing that is spoken when you land there via form
field structural navigation. If there is a difference between the two
-- especially if you get less information when using structural
navigation -- then it's likely a bug in the new feature.

Thanks so much!
Joanie
