Asperö has 212 seats. Ellös has 95. If we're over 212 people, we can
probably set up streaming of keynotes / AGM / lightning talks in
Ellös. For reference, we're currently at 158 attendees.

With how registration is going, I doubt we'll have more people than
307 attendees. I agree registration is the only way to keep track, but
it's going to be hard to enforce registration before entrance.
Considering it's unlikely we'll reach maximum capacity, I think we
should try and open registration as soon as possible (latest 9:45 as
the schedule says, but earlier if we're able to), but also let people
in if needed and then ask exhaustively for them to register at some
point in the day.

If we're able to have the badges for those who already registered
printed by Thursday evening, I'm happy to put together a last minute
pre-registration event. Mattias already checked a few bars /
restaurants we could go to.
