[guadec-local] Open doors around 09:30 on Friday?

Would it be possible for us to open the doors, let people in and grab
their badge at 09:30 (or even 09:20) on Friday?

15 min for registration before the first talk start is a slim amount
of time given how many people we can expect. Also keeping in mind that
some financial transactions that are likely.
