Yeah, though the train was actually very cool. At least I enjoyed it, we
synced with a few people at the airport and thus rode the train
together. It was very nice time for chatting.

    IMO, London isn't a good idea for example (some people were mentioning
    it, probably as a joke ;). I'd like to see it in Dublin or Prague, or
    some other place that would fit the criteria above.

I think the "having local organization to help" is an important thing -
so Sevilla *was* good in that sense, we just need someone with
conference organizing experience to do the necessary butt-kicking so we
avoid crashing the deadlines like this time. It would probably be also
practical if the local organization had an office with phone and fax and
a net connection.
