At this point, I think I should stop here. It's wasting everybody's time
(including mine), while more useful work could have been done. I have
laid out my opinions clearly:

1. This is more a UI bug fix rather than random changes/additions.
2. Translators should have enough time to work on it as there should be
   some months before 2.4.1 is out.

Now it's everybody's time to voice their opinions. I would not (and
should not) reply to this thread anymore.
