Unfortunately, Opera doesn't support extensions:

As I've already said, I'm no developer and I don't understand much in
programming, but as far as I know, there's a possibility to extend
Opera functionality by using "User JS". Here's some kind of tutorial:
http://www.opera.com/support/tutorials/userjs/ but of course I can't
say if is suits our needs.
