We have verified. With NS 4.76, 4.75 and 4.74 (on linux and win) it works correctly,
but with 4.6x and 4.0x (on windows) we must reconfirm the bug. It has
obviously changed to the 4.7 Version, so Versions prior to 4.7 are
affected. But we will like to support the Versions before too,
which could be done within the defined w3c Standards!

We everytime use default values and secondly there is a meta tag
describing the charset, which is (as far as we know) supported.

Sorry, Daniel had posted the test case in our eyes. That was the
reason we didn't post one again. The other thing is that there is not
a error, as I have to emphasize, there is only  missing feature!
