Not so much the version in Debian Experimental. If you want the latest, you
need to install from the experimental repository due to the freeze that
prevents new versions from being migrated to the unstable and testing
repositories until the release is made. For example, experimental now has
version 17.

I didn't notice any accessibility-related changes in v17, but I'm sure there
are bug fixes, since Mozilla are continually updating their accessibility
work.
