I am in favor of changing the default uppercase pitch from 6.0 to 7.0. 
It seems a trivial change in Orca, but it can make a world of difference 
with eSpeak. My concern, however, would be that other synthesizers may 
make too much of a jump if this 7.0 is set as the default in all cases. 
Is there a way to just change the default for eSpeak, or can it be 
assumed that since eSpeak is the default synthesizer on most distros, 
anyone who changes the synthesizer can also change the default uppercase 
pitch, as each synthesizer handles pitch variations differently? Maybe 
this is a change that can better be handled by the eSpeak module in 
speech-dispatcher.
