Hi Krishnakant,
Regarding Gnome-Shell 3.6 I'm absolutely the wrong person to ask. I am
still running 3.4.x. However, I would assume since both Orca 3.6 has
a number of accessibility updates and there are some accessibility
improvements in Gnome-Shell 3.6 it will be better than 3.4.
Now, regarding Gnome 3.4 and Unity 2D I'd say Unity 2D is the better
desktop environment in terms of accessibility. Gnome-Shell is
functionally accessible but there are accessibility issues that can be
irritating such as the power status, wi-fi, and a few other things
that need to be fixed in 3.6.
Cheers!

Hi Thomas,
So looking at the situation as it stands, I get the impression that
gnome shell is getting quite a lot of attention with respect to
accessibility. Is that correct?
And if we were to compare Unity and Gnome shell, I feel gnome shell 3.6
will be much better in terms of accessibility.
I am using Unity 2d and so far don't have any great problem with it.
We had nautilus problems but I am now using pcmanfm and it is really fast.
But I wish to know if Gnome shell 3.6 will have better accessibility and
if right now 3.4 is comparatively better or worst than Unity 2d.
happy hacking.
Krishnakant.
