In that case, as long as there is indeed an open specification for the
PDF format, I have no further reservations about using it. I do agree,
however, that work must continue to make it readable with Orca. The text
conversion tools are good, but one of the document viewers that can read
PDF files should be able to present them to Orca without having to
convert the text, especially in the case of interactive documents.
