I just checked my speech-dispatcher config and the
DefaultCapitalRecognition is set to None and I am using the direct
espeak module.  Since espeak doesn't support audio icons, it would
appear that the only other way of identifying capital letters is
verbalizing them.  It would be nice to add a pitch change component to
this set of choices.  I don't suppose there is any other way to get
audio icons to play with speech dispatcher if the synth doesn't
directly support them is there?
