Actually this capital is added by Espeak. If orca does not do character 
verbalization it-self this will be happening all the time see also this 
bug for additional details: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=520494
Since patch in this bug entry fixes other problems I think we need to be 
able to tell espeak not to say capital when user wishes so. Perhaps this 
is already possible with Espeak Orca and speech-dispatcher should just 
make some  use of it.
Let's comment in those bug entries please so it won't be forgotten.
