Re: Orca free text-to-speech engines for ?

Hi,
two additional problems:
1. When I boot, speech-dispatcher is started, but not as root; the
user is 113. Result: Speech-dispatcher and also Orca doesn't speak.
How can I change this?
2. I switched espeaks default settings to German, with no consequences
for Orca. I know that speech-dispatcher has its own settings, but I
added the German language module in speechd.conf.
Have I forgotten something?
