Nautilus supports antialiased fonts and uses them by default. GNOME
does not support them at all in general, so we can't use the GNOME
font setting when using AA fonts, just a close approximation. This is
why you won't get the exact system font for all things when in
antialiased (AKA smooth graphics) mode.

The GNOME stock buttons are not themable and many people would object
to replacing the current one. Ours are themable, and again, if you
want the exact gnome look, you can easily get it by picking the right
theme.

For GNOME 2, we hope to make toolbar buttons and such themable
gnome-wide.
