Use labels if you dont have graphists, artwork is part of the
application if the application calls for artwork.

I strongly disagree - considerations shouldnt be taken for
people who have blatently misused the api, if we were to waste
time taking all that into consideration we'd never have time
to improve the platform libraries - each responsability belongs
to the right actor in the process.
