This is an idea we'd talked about. (In fact, the original hackfest notes
suggest that this is how it should work.) Another possibility is that
instead of showing all windows, like the tasklist does, it could just be
a dock for minimized icons.
Oh. I forgot that it had been discussed. :)
js/ui/widget.js is pretty well documented on how writing a widget
works... :-)
