I was looking to develop this kind of system to help the other guys
from the Catalan team to keep up with the latest translations and getting
more help from new people. I was heavily influenced by a similar system that
we used when we translated Google into Catalan 
(see http://services.google.com/tc/Welcome.html).

I definitlly sounds like a good idea.
