For me those are loaded. I see the following on stderr:

above about .ppm files repeat every few seconds. The files itself are 0
bytes.

When choosing/starting an ISO I get the following:

Gtk-WARNING **: GtkClutterEmbed 0x115e0b0 is mapped but visible child
GtkClutterOffscreen 0x11bc4e0 is not mapped


Still investigating further packaging issues (the .ppm).
