No, it's not. Please scroll down to the Finance section of the
http://www.gnome.org/foundation/reports/ page, and open the latest
file there ( http://www.gnome.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/11/gnome-foundation-budget-2011-july.ods
), first link after the contact one. Now compare that detailed
spreadsheet with the summary you're pointing to.
