Since the actual entries now have the wrong info in them, I suspect the
only way you can deal with it is to manually alter everything.
Well, that does not seem the best alternative. Is there a possibility to
remove the personal calendar completely and start with a new one?
I'm sure there is a way to do it - you could try shutting down Evo
completely and then renaming the calendar.ics file in
~/.local/share/evolution/calendar/system/ (or wherever it is in your
system). Presumably starting up Evo will result in a new file being
created. I haven't tried this though!
Just out of interest, how are you thinking of re-populating your
calendar?
