It's just silly IMO, to prevent users from simply modifying the header

This is precisely why i assumed that the feature existed - and that i
simply hadn't managed to locate it in the interface. :P
I suppose i could write a script to mangle my outgoing headers for me,
then integrate into my MTA, but that sounds way cludgier than simply
doing it directly in Evo. :/
Some Feature like this exists in Apple Mail and i really got used to it
(since my email/webspace provider can only provide me with one Mailbox
at the moment but i have lots of addresses going there). In Apple Mail
you can simply write a comma seperated list of email addresses to each
account and when sending mail it looks like you have n different
accounts, although you only have n email addresses connected to 1
account.
