The list I included was for the "for users" section. There will be a
"for developers" section too, as usual.

That makes sense, and I'd be fine to mention it somewhere. The
question is one of prominence - it might sound a bit desperate to have
a headline feature that won't be "on by default".
OK, that is a little clearer. If that is what you're thinking then yes, I think we probably don't want too much prominence, and could be a second tier teaser so to speak.

I was hoping that this would be the release where we declare that
GNOME is "Wayland ready". However, it seems like we're not quite there
yet (Christian's recent blog post on the subject [1] is probably a
good indication of where things are at right now).
Yeah, there is this one thing in regards to ssh-agent that has been driving me crazy with the Wayland session. Since I use ssh a lot, it's quite painful to have to authenticate for every ssh and certainly the alternatives is also painful. I look forward to testing the Wayland session from gnome-continuous.
