Hey everyone, looks like the best time for us to meet is next Monday, Aug 31st at 15:30 UTC. 

The meeting will be on the IRC #engagement list, and we may decide to do a voice call somehow if needed. 

The amended agenda is: 

• Social Media: Go over the social media roles I'm proposing [1] and add/edit if needed. Assign roles and understand people's commitment time. 
  
• Engagement Team Endeavors: So that Sri can keep us busy :) We should create a list new and ongoing engagement team initiatives so we can make sure to follow-up and resource them. 
  
• Annual Report: Check-in on Annual Report and status. 
• 3.18 Release planning. What needs to be done and who should do it?

Is there anywhere we should post the meeting time? Let me know. Otherwise, I'll just send a reminder the day before the meeting.

Done! (Although I'm going on holiday at the weekend, so I'm afraid I
have limited availability.)

3.18 release promotion! We still need volunteers to take care of the
press release, and we need to plan who to approach for quotes.

I've generally been the person doing the quotes.. I can do this as well, but I would love to see if I can find new people to take on this responsibility!
 

We have a timeline for release promotion [1] on the wiki, as well as a
list of who we have previously quoted [2] in our press releases.
