Is there a Bugzilla ticket already about displaying a warning banner?

With regard to internet search engine indexing,
https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=509424 was about "Only let
search engined index stable, unstable versions" but I don't see that
working for Google results.
