Hi Vladimir,

    Another thing to think about is bugzilla, I found quite a serious one already.
The user name and password is saved as clear text in $HOME/.wvdial, but the
permission of the file is created based on the umask, hence, it is more than likely
to be readble by others.
    It should not be readable by anyone else.
