I agree with Ross. For the same reason printers do not get displayed in
nautilus, internet connections shouldn't either.

It's a very windows based school of thought.

Instead, what I would like to see, is integration into gnome-system-
tools network tool thingy, so you have a dialog box full of network
connections. I believe there is some work currently going into this.
