Make sure Banshee is not running, and first make a backup copy of your
database, for example with this command :

cp ~/.config/banshee-1/banshee.db banshee.db_backup

and then run the following command :

sqlite3 ~/.config/banshee-1/banshee.db "delete from podcastsyndications"

This will delete all your podcast subscriptions, but as you only have
that bad one, it shouldn't be a problem.
