Can anyone confirm that if you have no maximized or fullscreen windows
the randomized-viewports on restart problem doesn't show up? Even one
maximized window can cause problems, apparently for non-maximized
windows as well. But eliminating both maximized and fullscreen windows
seems to make the problem go away for me. Actually fixing it is looking
more daunting, though.
