I can't reliable reproduce it, happened only once with four or five
Sawfish restarts, I suppose It shouldn't be too hard to fix it.
(^__^;)

If I'm not wrong I've seen some code that impose the Gnome windows
constraints (when panels are present), probably that code only needs
to be executed before displaying the windows...
