OK, I've (sort of) brought this patch up to date.  I've converted the UI with
the gtk-builder-convert program, and pulled it into my copy of Pessulus, and
ported over the python bits.  It's nasty on the UI side, but I suspect Vincent
should be able to make somthing of it.  I've posted a bug:
