Re: [orca-list] Announcement: this mailing list will be retired by the end of Oct 2022

FWIW, as far as needing Javascript/Links/lynx/w3m/other text mode, non-JS using browsers go, in my experience...

The page loads, but the login forms simply do not show up at all, you have a login page...with nowhere to log in using a text mode browser. I've got a local instance with the latest git commits and still run into this

it should be no problem for you to post a single message through the web.
My belief is that it will be strictlymore difficult to do that then to
send an e-mail. Consequently, ther eis the risk that some users who
would have been able to contact the foum by sending an e-mail simply
own't be able to do so because it's a webform.

To go into more details on this, basically, assuming that the user will
be able to fill a webform assumes that Orca is working. What if it's not
the case? Is the website able to work without JAvascriipt? Can it be
used with lynx?

Of course there is the possibility to use a phone, but I am not sure how
accessible things owudl beand even if accessible, typing a message ona
phone is not as easy as typing it at a computer.
