Hello everyone,
Unfortunately, this command didn't work.
I have a feeling that orca is present, but there is no speech synthesizer.
I tried to run orca preferences, sited person told that they are displayed
but I cannot move in them 
Is it a really accessible distro if I am not able to run it's installation
from a live-cd?

Try for example with orca, or orca --replace commands.
First command simple launch Orca Screen Reader, second command replaces 
perhaps already running Orca process.
