I will try listed commands.
As far as the version of fedora, I forgot to mention that I tried that on
fedora 34. I think that there were some letters about that it is impossible
to run orca on a live cd, so I will try it on fedora 35 beta also.

Try for example with orca, or orca --replace commands.
First command simple launch Orca Screen Reader, second command replaces 
perhaps already running Orca process.

You looked Fedora 34 Workstation or Fedora 35 Beta?
