Try for example with orca, or orca --replace commands.
First command simple launch Orca Screen Reader, second command replaces 
perhaps already running Orca process.

I not using Fedora, but hopefully this answer help you.
You looked Fedora 34 Workstation or Fedora 35 Beta?
