I would still like to offer the services of iavit.org for accepting 
donations. I will be part of any team organized to do this but I don't 
want to be in charge. We created IAVIT in large part to help with 
efforts like this so the infrastructure is already available. I think 
all this effort needs is for someone to take responsibility for it.
