Hi, Jason:
Would something as simple as: "ARIA Landmraks Available" work? Recall
we're talking about a limited set of well-defined nav points. I suppose
it might be helpful to indicate what they are. Here's the list of
supported ARIA Landmarks:
1. banner
2. main
3. navigation
4. complementary
5. search
6. form
7. contentinfo
8. application

I agree. However, an overview of some kind should also be presented on the
braille display. Some people don't use speech; others turn it off, for example
in meetings or while giving presentations, as I do.
