[orca-list] should orca announce aria landmarks by default?

hi all
I'm writing to get opinions on whether orca should announce aria
landmarks by default. Landmarks are usually used to split pages into
managable sections. For example, bookshare.org uses them extensively.
This should of course be configurable, in the "web" preferences area.
This might actually need to be said by default only if verbosity is
set to verbose, otherwise it will need to be toggled on manually,
since it can definitely be a little verbose. There's already support
for landmarks, press m to go to the next one, shift+m to go to the
previous one, and alt+shift+m to bring up a list of them. Thoughts?
