Hello,
See this dialog with my system.
It appears I am missing upgrade to python-atspi 2.14. Recompiling
manually to see if it fixes the thing for me.
$ pacman -Qi clutter | grep Ver
Version : 1.20.0-1
$ pacman -Qi atk | grep Ver
Version : 2.14.0-1
$ pacman -Qi at-spi2-atk | grep Ver
Version : 2.14.1-1
$ pacman -Qi at-spi2-core | grep Ver
Version : 2.14.0-1
$ pacman -Qi pyatspi2 | grep Ver
Error: Package 'pyatspi2' not found
$ pacman -Qo /usr/lib/python3.4/site-packages/pyatspi/
/usr/lib/python3.4/site-packages/pyatspi owns python-atspi 2.12.0-1

Unfortunatelly i can feel the same behaviour with ctrl+alt+tab. At first

now after you have asked i can definatelly see common inconsistency here.
Well, at least the bug is consistent. What version of the following:
1. clutter? I have 1.20.0
2. atk? I have 2.14.0
3. at-spi2-atk? I have 2.14.1
4. at-spi2-core? I have 2.14.0
5. pyatspi2? I have 2.14.0
